Our refund and return policy lasts for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
Article with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale items
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@matrixsanos.com
Shipping of returns
To return your product, you must send it by post to Matrixsanos, Rte Crassier 7, CH-1262 Eysins
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
